the staff at residence nemo were exceptional - friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us with printing tickets and contacting the ferry company. the rooms were clean and met our needs for a short stay. overall, a great experience.

Shower had moldy tiles.

Hotel Nemo is in the industrial area outside of town so unless you have a car there is not much around to do but the staff were so kind they gave my friend and I a lift into town and came and picked us up a few hours later so we could enjoy the old town for an evening. They did not charge us extra for this and were so accommodating to all our needs, really going the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

There was nothing in particular I didn't like about this hotel. There was no where to get a coffee or food on site between breakfast finishing and dinner begining at 7pm. Breakfast was okay but nothing special

The hotel is conveniently located near the ferry port in an industrial area, which is perfect for travellers catching an early morning ferry. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the buffet breakfast is filling and delicious.

The noise outside the room can be disruptive to sleep, and dinner options at the hotel are limited.

Horrible location! In the outskirts of the industrial zone with planes flying over, very far from anything! Without a car you're stuck there and the taxi to the airport costs a fortune! Only for people who do business in the area or for desperados that run out of options in the city... Btw our room had some problems with the electricity in the bathroom - once the light switched on - the main fuse went down...

The problem was that the hotel was in the industrial zone with no public transport systems, 5 km far from the city center. The only way to get there is taking a taxi.
